Password resets for Thuto Tutorials accounts are handled by our Support Desk so we can verify your identity before restoring access to your candidate records.

1. 1Email the Support Desk from the address you were invited with.
2. 2Include your full name and your cohort or sponsoring FSP.
3. 3We'll verify your identity and send you a secure link to set a new password.

We will never ask for your current password. Protected under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
